Maintenance Method of Thermal Shock Test Chamber
The thermal shock test chamber is used to test the extent to which a material structure or composite material can withstand in a transient environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature. Therefore, it is possible to test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest time, and confirm the quality of the product. Suitable objects include electrical and electronic components, automation components, communication components, auto parts, metals, and chemical materials, plastics and other industries and defense industry, aerospace, military industry, BGA, PCB base board, electronic chip IC, semiconductor ceramics and polymer materials physical changes.
But do you know how to maintain the thermal shock test machine? In fact, there are ways to place the test box, the geographical environment, the debugging method, and the cleaning.
It can not be installed upside down. The instrument must be placed horizontally on the floor to make the door of the thermal shock test easy to open and reduce noise during mechanical action.
Test Chamber Environment
We also need to maintain a good ventilation space, so that the condenser can play the role of heat dissipation. Place the device in a cool place, do not let the sun shine on the instrument, and do not get close to the heating element such as the stove, which affects the freezing effect of the instrument.
Use a special switch for the power switch. Do not use the cord of the plug with other electrical machinery. Do not place the floor or wet place to avoid stepping on or leaking electricity. A transformer should be provided at a low power supply voltage to increase the voltage to the rated value, and the compressor motor cannot be burned because the voltage is too low to start. When the instrument is tested, the operating door must not be opened for a long time to avoid water droplets in the temperature controlled chamber.
It should be kept clean at all times. When the outer test box is clean, apply some varnish and polish it with a soft dry cloth. If it is too dirty, wash it with a neutral detergent and water. Never use brush, powder, acid, benzene or hot water. Wipe the inside and outside of the machine, the back or the wall is easy to be dusty, and the heat dissipation of the condenser should be taken care of. If the model is water-cooled, special attention should be paid to the treatment of water quality. Groundwater should be avoided as much as possible. Because groundwater contains more minerals, it will easily cause scale of the instrument and affect the cooling effect of the instrument to reduce the life of the humidity and temperature controlled chamber.
These are the maintenance methods for the thermal shock test equipment. I hope you can adopt it. Equipment also needs to be carefully maintained. Careful maintenance of the instrument not only avoids the operator's injury, but also allows the instrument to be used for a long time.
