LIB products are oriented to the global market, with customers in Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Oceania and Africa. In order to ensure the quality of the products, the efficient performance of the equipment and the customer experience, we will conduct strict multi-dimensional inspection of the products before leaving the factory. There are mainly factory acceptance inspections and third party inspections.
FACTORY ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING :
1. Whether the appearance of the product equipment is complete and the size meets the requirements 2. Inspect performance and parameter according to datasheet 3. Whether the accessories of the equipment parts are complete and complete 4. Conduct special testing and debugging of the entire equipment for different countries and regions.
THIRD TEST CONDITION:
All production equipment is subject to third party testing and calibration such as SGS, TUV, CSA, CE, RoHS, ISO17025,etc. Our QC department will strictly inspect the products according to the process to ensure reliable quality and good performance of each equipment.
