The Main Structure of The Thermal Shock Test Chamber

The thermal shock test chamber is an indispensable test equipment for the metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other materials industries. It is used to test the material structure or composite material and tolerate it under transient conditions of extreme high temperature and extremely low temperature. The chemical change or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample is detected in the shortest time.

 


The Main Structure


The thermal shock test chamber is divided into three boxes and two boxes according to the test requirements and test standards, the difference is that the test method and internal structure are different. The three-box type thermal shock test machine is divided into a cold storage room, a regenerator and a test room, and the product is placed in the test room during the test. The two-box type thermal shock test equipment is divided into a high greenhouse and a low greenhouse. The motor is driven by the basket to achieve high and low temperature switching. The product is placed in the basket and moves with the basket.

Refrigeration System and Compressor


In order to ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature of the temperature and humidity chamber, the temperature humidity chamber adopts a binary double-layer water-cooled refrigeration system consisting of imported German semi-hermetic compressors which required to install outdoor cooling water with an annual cooling capacity of 10 tons water tower.The cascade refrigeration system comprises a high temperature heating cycle and a low temperature refrigeration cycle. The connecting container is an evaporating condenser. The evaporating condenser is also used for energy transfer. The heat in the working chamber is transmitted through the two-stage refrigeration system to achieve cooling. The design of the refrigeration system uses energy-regulating technology which is an effective treatment method can ensure the effective adjustment of the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system under the normal operation of the refrigeration unit, so that the operating cost of the refrigeration system and the failure rate drops to a more economical state.

 


How Refrigeration Works


Both the high and low refrigeration cycles use an inverse card cycle, which consists of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The process is as follows, the refrigerant is adiabatically compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, and the work is exhausted to increase the temperature of the exhaust gas, and then the refrigerant is heat-exchanged with the surrounding medium through the condenser isothermally, and the heat is transferred to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant is adiabatically expanded by the valve, the temperature of the refrigerant is lowered. Finally, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the higher temperature object isothermally through the evaporator, so that the temperature of the object to be cooled is lowered. This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of cooling.
