Structure

The overall molding is welded by high temperature, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and has no leakage.

The tower spray system is equipped with a salt liquid filtration system. There is no crystal nozzle, the salt spray is evenly distributed, and the sedimentation amount is freely adjusted. The cover is made of transparent material to clearly see the test items and spray conditions inside the box. A water-tight structure is adopted between the lid and the box, and no salt mist overflows. The line control board and other components are fixed at the position for easy inspection and maintenance. The door lock is used to open the door, which is not only beautiful but also convenient for maintenance.

There is a spray device inside, the spray is guided by the tower tube and then cone-shaped dispersion, evenly dispersed and diffused into the entire test chamber; the collector collects the salt spray, condenses into water and then flows from the conduit to the metering cylinder outside the box; the external includes Isolation of sinks, metering cylinders, air buckets, pressure regulators, pressure gauges, etc.

Application

Salt spray fog corrosion testing equipment is used to test the anti-erosion quality of the surface of all materials after the rust-proof of painting, coating, electroplating, anoding and rust-proof of greasing.

Salt Spray chambers are commonly used to evaluate the corrosive properties of: Phosphated surfaces (with subsequent paint/primer/lacquer/rust preventive)

Zinc and Zinc-alloy plating (see also electroplating).

Electroplated chromium, nickel, copper and tin.

Coatings not applied electrolytically (such as zinc flake coatings).

Note:

1. Regularly clean and maintain the pressure tank, salt water tank and nozzle of the salt spray test chamber.

3. Do not block the rear exhaust pipe during the test, so as to prevent the box from deforming due to excessive pressure inside the box.

4. Do not put flammable or explosive materials into the box.

5. The pressure gauge behind the salt spray test chamber is 2 kg, and the front is 1 kg. Please do not adjust it at will.
